Brief itinerary 
 

Day 01

Meet you at Xining Airport. Drive to your hotel. Explore food market at the heart of old city.
Day 02
Morning we will travel to
 Shachong Monastery. You will be in Shachong within 2 hours. This great monastery is located on the top of Amnye Shachong mountain. Visit the the assembly hall and Golden shrine (Sardong Chenmu). You will get a great panoramic view of the Yellow River. Then to Repkong (Chin: Tong Ren)
Day 03
Visit Thangka painting monasteries in the morning. After lunch, we will travel to Labrang (Chin: Xia He) through Ganja Grassland.
Day 04
Visit Labrang Tashi Kyi Monastery. A home 2000 monks and one of the six great monasteries for Buddhist and Tibetan studies. Explore the town and market.  
Day 05
Drive to Taktsang Lhamu(Chin: Lang Mu Si). You will travel through a large endless grassland with many Tibetan nomadic towns. Arrive in Taktsang Lhamu slight in the after noon.Visit Kirti Monastery and Nego pilgrimage site. 
Day 06, 07,08
Taktsang Lhamu to Kachukha. Nomadic pastoral land that located by the Yellow River.  where will be spending two and half day to experience the life Tibetan nomad. Camp with the nomads. 
Day 09
Drive to Tsue(Chin: He Zuo) or you can additionally stay another night in Labrang
Day 10
Drive to Lanzhou - fly out
